This project showcases a beautifully considered retro inspired kitchen, where bold colours and natural materials come together in a perfect harmony. Designed to feel both expressive and refined, the space balances rich teal cabinetry with the warm texture of exposed birch ply, creating a striking yet timeless aesthetic.

This project showcases a beautifully considered retro inspired kitchen, where bold colours and natural materials come together in a perfect harmony. A standout feature is the freestanding style pantry unit, crafted entirely from birch ply. Designed to feel like a piece of furniture rather than fitted cabinetry, it introduces a softer, more relaxed element while seamlessly tying the overall scheme together.

Craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident throughout. In a considered and sustainable approach, we maximised the use of material – repurposing birch ply off cuts to create bespoke handles. These subtle details not only reduce waste but add a unique, handcrafted character that elevates the entire design.

The result is a kitchen that feel both playful and sophisticated – rooted in retro inspiration, yet executed with contemporary, luxurious finish that reflects true bespoke craftsmanship.
